Natalie McVeigh
Natalie is an executive and entrepreneurial coach and Master Neuroplastician (M.npn), specialising in Conversational Intelligence (C-IQ). She is a Fellow and Faculty of the Family Firm Institute, serves on the Purposeful Planning Institute’s Education Development Committee, is the Director of Research and Development at Aspen Family Business Group, Faculty of the FBA Accreditation Program through the University of Adelaide, and a Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) through STEP. Natalie is a Certified Happiness Trainer and is an entrepreneurial and executive coach. She is finishing her Ph.D. at Saybrook University in Applied Psychophysiology. She has a M.S. in Business from the New England College of Business and Finance and B.A. from Hood College with a double major in Philosophy and Law and Society.
Natalie has more than 15 years of experience as a consultant and coach. She has expertise in domestic and international multinational corporations both public and private, family owned businesses and family offices. Natalie is honoured to work with high-net-worth families to help them reach their personal and professional goals and to assist with transitions throughout the organizational, family and individual lifecycles.
Additionally, Natalie has deep expertise is in complex conflict resolution, with a certificate in mediation, specialising in interest-based negotiation trained at Harvard Law School’s Program on Negotiation. Natalie also has expertise in team building, administering and analysing assessment data, management consulting, developing teams and leaders, board and governance, project management, facilitation, training, systems theory and coaching.
